Right Side Up
The Matthew 25 Challenge is a week-long discipleship experience that invites families and individuals out of their comfort zones through daily sacrificial challenges - bringing to life Jesus’ call in Matthew 25. Through daily sacrificial challenges, your church will engage in God’s love for “the least of these brothers and sisters” of ours.
You might have missed the Matthew 25 Challenge week hosted by Danielle Strickland that you heard about on the Right Side Up podcast, but it’s not too late to participate. The Matthew 25 Challenge is amazing when done in community, and you can bring this experience to your whole church!
For one week, your church will focus on one passage in Matthew 25. They’ll receive text messages throughout the week, including a daily challenge, impactful stories of children around the world, prayer and discussion points for families, and engaging videos and family activities too! It will open your eyes to the realities many people living in poverty face every day—and encourage them to respond with the love of Jesus.

Matthew 25 Text Sneak Peek
For one week, your church will focus on a passage from Matthew 25. Each day, your congregant will receive text messages with a daily challenge, stories of children around the world, and prayer and discussion points.

More about the Matthew 25 Challenge
The Matthew 25 Challenge is a week-long experience inviting individuals and families to step out of their comfort zones through daily sacrificial challenges, bringing to life Jesus’ call in Matthew 25. During the week, participants receive text messages or emails with a daily challenge, stories of children around the world, and family discussion and prayer points.
Matthew 25 Challenge weeks happen year round! A World Vision church advisor will work with you on scheduling your church’s event.
These daily challenges help open our eyes to the realities that many children and communities around the world face. Challenges are family-friendly and include activities like giving up your bed and sleeping on the floor like many refugees do around the world, skipping a meal like hungry children do every day, and only drinking water for one day as you learn about the global water crisis.
Right Side Up Podcast
Join Danielle Strickland as she walks through the Beatitudes of Jesus. On each episode, Danielle will host some of her favorite Christian leaders. But in this Right Side Up season, they’ll be taking on a posture of humility and curiosity as they turn to faithful leaders in places like Lebanon, Honduras, India and Rwanda, learning what it means to be truly blessed.
