Together, we’re raising awareness and celebrating World Vision partners who are helping equip people in the U.S. and around the world to lift themselves out of poverty.
Leaders in the kitchen and bath industry have joined with World Vision to make a difference for the most vulnerable kids and families — all while meeting business needs like inventory control, brand awareness, and sales.
Annual Crystal Vision Awards
Every year at the Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS) and the International Builders’ Show (IBS), the Crystal Vision Committee hosts the Crystal Vision Awards Breakfast. This year’s event will take place on February 26th, 2025, at the Westgate Resort in Las Vegas.
Everyone in the building industry is invited: manufacturers, distributors, and retailers. This event was created to recognize both companies and individuals who have contributed significantly of their time, resources, and skills to those in greatest need.

Crystal Vision Committee
The Crystal Vision Committee was formed in 2000 when business, community, and faith leaders came together with World Vision to find a solution that would keep excess building materials from going to waste.
Through their ingenuity, the Storehouse of World Vision was born — an end-to-end supply chain, composed of seven domestic warehouses and over 2,000 community partners, that helps corporate donors connect excess inventory with vulnerable children and families in the U.S. and around the world.
Today, the Crystal Vision Committee continues to be volunteer-led by executives from the building materials industry who believe in the mission of the Storehouse of World Vision and seek to provide for people in need while reducing waste.
The Storehouse of World Vision
Every year, more than 400 U.S. corporations donate excess product and dead inventory to World Vision. This benefits their bottom line, all while helping them increase sustainability and meet their sustainability goals.
-
World Vision moved over 111,000 pallets of donated product last year — including building materials, clothing and household goods, educational materials, and more.
-
We worked closely with a network of over 3,600 fully vetted local distribution partners — including churches, schools, public agencies, and faith-based organizations — allowing us to respond effectively and at the local level with minimal overhead.
-
We manage donations of all sizes — ranging from just a few pallets all the way up to hundreds of truckloads from multiple locations.
-
When disaster strikes, we quickly provide immediate support — and we stay to help communities rebuild for the future. In 2023 alone, we responded to 78 disasters in 59 countries, assisting 35.9 million people.
