Jeff Wright is the Senior Humanitarian Advisor for World Vision International. In this role he leads a team of professional humanitarian workers tasked with supporting disaster responses and humanitarian emergencies around the world. Prior to his work at World Vision, Jeff held various field and headquarters-based positions with the Adventist Development & Relief AgencyExternal Link and with Medical Teams InternationalExternal Link, based in Portland, Oregon. Jeff’s field experience in Southeast Asia goes back to 1990. Since then he has lived in Thailand and Vietnam, and provided consultation extensively in disaster responses globally.
Jeff holds the M.A. degree in cultural anthropology and is fluent in Vietnamese.
