The following sector-specific reference guides provide step-by-step guidance on how to further the goals of World Vision’s Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) Approach and Theory of Change and Toolkit for Integrating GESI in Design, Monitoring, and Evaluation.

World Vision prioritizes the needs of the most vulnerable children, their families, and communities. We integrate GESI across our child protection; education; faith and development; food security and livelihoods; health; and water, hygiene, and sanitation (WASH) sectors. We have prioritized GESI as one of our strategic objectives, as it is an important element in tackling the root causes of poverty and injustice, achieving transformational change, and promoting sustainable development.
