Ownership of Curriculum and Materials/Permission to Use. I/We (“User”) acknowledge and agree that any curriculum or other educational materials provided by World Vision through the Ignite Partner Portal are works owned by World Vision and protected under copyright law (“World Vision Materials”). World Vision grants to User the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use World Vision Materials for personal, educational, and instructional use only (“Personal Use”). User can use World Vision Materials for personal purposes, for individual study, and to teach students. User may not share, send, sell, sub-license, redistribute or transfer materials or content from the World Vision Ignite Partner Portal.
User may print and make copies of downloadable World Vision Materials as necessary for Personal Use. Copies may be made and provided to students, classroom aides, and substitute teachers as necessary. Copies may also be made for students’ parents, classroom observers, supervisors, or school administrators for review purposes only. Video resources may not be copied, shared, or otherwise reproduced.
User may deliver World Vision Materials electronically as needed by using secure means that enable access to World Vision Materials by only your students (and as needed, their parent/caregiver) (“Permitted Recipients”). User may not upload World Vision Materials to websites, applications, shared drives or other sites or services in a way that enables access by anyone other than Permitted Recipients.
World Vision represents and warrants that all such use of the World Vision Materials does not violate the rights of any third parties.
