Strengthen Productive Safety Net Program (PSNP4) Institutions and Resilience (SPIR II) Project Summary

Strengthen PSNP Institutions and Resilience II (SPIR II) aims to address the pervasive issues of food and nutrition insecurity in Ethiopia’s Amhara and Oromia regions. The program is creating a robust, shock-responsive ecosystem that involves public, private, and community-level actors, all working together to support participants in graduating from poverty and sustaining income and food security gains. This five-year (2021-2026) program is funded by the Bureau of Humanitarian Affairs as a Resilience Food Security Activity and is being implemented by a consortium of organizations headed by World Vision and including CARE, IFPRI, and ORDA.
