GESI Approach and Theory of Change

This document presents World Vision’s Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) Approach and Theory of Change. GESI is integral to achieving World Vision’s “Our Promise” global strategy and child wellbeing objectives. As a child-focused, faith and community-based organization, World Vision serves all people, regardless of nationality, race, religion or gender. The GESI Approach and Theory of Change provides guidance on how to fulfill these promises to contribute to the well-being of the most vulnerable children, their families, and communities.
