World Vision conducted a participatory Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Audit (GESI Audit), with a focus on multi-sector approaches of its International Programs Group (IPG). The purpose of the GESI Audit that was concluded in 2021 was to identify how GESI is integrated and
addressed in World Vision’s resource acquisition, programming portfolio, advocacy, and internal organizational processes.
